Homebuyers Information

From 1st June 2007, every owner will be required to provide a Home Information Pack before selling their property. This will include basic information on the property, including all guarantees regarding work carried out, preliminary legal details and most importantly of all a Home Condition Report. This will act like a pre-sale survey and will be carried out by Registered Home Inspectors currently being trained.
